1. Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 1 day (24 hours) before check-in.

• A 30% charge will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.

• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Child Policy

• Children under the age of 6 stay free when using existing bedding.

• Extra beds or cots may be provided on request at an additional cost.

5. Guest Identification

• All guests are required to present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

6. Payment Policy

• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

• Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless already prepaid.

7. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted in rooms and private spaces, subject to local laws.

8. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

9. Damage & Liability

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.

• Ravihans Aranyam is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
