Reservation & Guest Stay Terms – Ravihans Aranyam

These terms apply to all guests booking or staying at Ravihans Aranyam and outline our policies regarding reservations, cancellations, occupancy, and guest conduct.

1. Reservation Changes

• A fee may apply for changes to reservation dates after booking confirmation.

• All changes are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

• No changes are allowed on non-refundable bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Occupancy & Guest Policy

• Room occupancy limits vary depending on the room type. Please confirm the capacity at the time of booking.

• Children aged 10 years and above will be considered adults.

• An extra bed is required for children above 10 years of age staying in the same room with parents. Additional charges apply.

4. Identification Requirements

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

• Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa.

5. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed inside private rooms only, provided it complies with local regulations.

• Misuse or disorderly behavior related to alcohol may result in eviction without refund.
